So FYI, the plant in the first post are regularly $19.99 at Lowes and probably at Home Depot, too, so $28 is not a deal at all. I paid full price at Lowes only to later find some marked down to 50 percent off there and I’ve also seen them in grocery stores for $16.99, though the selection was limited.

I wonder if the elevated price is due to the pot. It’s already in a nice one.

The one in the nice pot is even more expensive, $34.99, the one in this post comes in a plastic black pot. Still overpriced they’re def cheaper at the supermarket lol

The white ribbed pots are nice, which is why I reluctantly paid $20 at Lowes the first time. Then I got a couple more half off, which I was happier about. (I’m grateful that Lowes hates watering plants and would rather just mark them down! 😂) I think they are also $19.99 in store at Home Depot but my store didn’t have a great selection so I didn’t look closely. They are *not* large pots/plants. I’d call them medium sized. I can easily carry it on my palm. I imagine most people who are looking for a deal on houseplants would be sorely disappointed with these, simply because the price is in line with what you’d pay at a local family-owned nursery, not at Home Depot.

Please be aware that snake plants, aloe plants and many others are poisonous to dogs and cats.
