Thank you so much for reaching out! Just for clarification, I am trading my gift cards for half value of Kohl’s cash not double so my $15 GCs for $30 Kohl’s cash or $50 GCs for $100 Kohl’s cash.
Wait, I’m confused (is it just me?) you want double of your end of the trade? So your end is $15 and my end (or whoever) would be $30?
Yes, you are correct! Not sure if you are new to the site but Kohl’s cash typically trades for HALF value when trading for a gift card since a gift card does not expire and Kohl’s cash is used before coupons. The trade would be mutually beneficial since someone could use the gift card NOW on a black friday sale and I could use the Kohl’s cash during that specific week since the item I want never goes on sale and coupons cannot be used on the item. Not sure if you are aware but if your order is $30 and have a 30% off coupon and $15 Kohl’s cash. The transaction will look like a $30 total before discounts – $15 Kohl’s cash = $15 and then the 30% coupon would apply bringing the total to $10.50. If you didn’t have Kohl’s cash, your order would be $30 – 30% coupon = $21 which would mean your Kohl’s cash was really only valued at $10.50 instead of $15. I hope that makes sense and I hope some veteran hipsters can show some support that Kohl’s cash is typically traded for half value so it doesn’t seem like I am being unfair. Happy shopping everyone 🙂

I just reviewed today’s full post and both of the only hipsters trading Kohl’s cash asked for half value (“Kimberann1 7 hours ago I have $10 kohls cash, expires 11/24. Will trade for $5 Amazon, PayPal or Venmo.” and “Sabrina 5 hours ago Have $5 kohls cash Want $ 2.5 Amazon”. I hope this information helps for trading with/for Kohl’s cash in the future 🙂
