When you look at the Order Summary, “items” minus “promos and coupons” line will equal what Walgreens will consider what you have spent for purposes of earning Walgreens cash. From what I can tell, the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Shampoo and Conditioner shown in this write up are not eligible for the B1G1 40% off. I bought it and the discount was not shown. Went back and noticed that it was not marketed with the discount – just select products.

Hi Pam! That offer is listed in my store ad. I looks like some of the select brands / varieties included are Dove, Colgate, Crest, Suave. Hoping this is helpful!🤗
There are a couple of things that might help you. Get the Flipp app. It is easier to see the deals plus you can see the Monthly Savings Book in it as well. Second you still want to look at the ad in the Walgreens app. The sections you want to look at this case are “Deals of the Week” and “Personal Care” and you find them by using the drop down box. Once you see the items offering $4 Instore Rewards than click on “Learn More” to figure out which items will trigger the rewards. Be cautious and do each instore rewards in separate transactions to avoid the “limit one reward per transaction” disappointment. I hope this is of some use.
