Has anyone else been having issues with ulta $10 coupon codes working in promo code section but when trying to run payment is keeps saying payment couldn’t be validated? Has happened with 2 of my trades and it won’t let me re-enter it on another transaction. Tried 2 credit cards too. There is nothing wrong with my CC’s.
I had issues in the past when I used on the app. I switched to desktop and for some reason it went through. Hope it works for you too
Yes, I have 3 ulta codes I can’t get to work. Did you figure anything out?
Yes. Apparently they were having system issues and it’s not a coupon problem. None of the coupons were working anymore after I typed it and attempted to run payment the first time.. I even chatted online and got another coupon to try using different credit cards, running payments without coupon and it still didn’t work. Finally tried using a discover card and payment went thru.. they were going to refund me the $10 plus extra taxes I paid. This was this past weekend, not sure if issue is fixed now? I haven’t bothered reaching out again for my second wasted coupon because it’s too much work…
