   Thats a good deal. Do you know if the target deal with console + mario kart 8 bundle for $299 has the newer version or old?

  It’s the older version. The newer version is the “red box” version with the switch on the front with a red background and no hand in the shot. I hope that helps! This Amazon deal is for the new version.

  The kohl’s bundle I order had the old version pictured. When it showed up it was in fact the new version. So you might be fine. And this was weeks ago before all the information was out about the old and new versions.

  It did take the code for me, Keri. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. Your credit will be added within 7 days after the console has shipped.

  It’s actually right on the product page. If you look at the Orange/yellow box that says ‘Extra Savings’ where it lists the code, you can hold the mouse over “1 Applicable Promotion” and it says right there. Hope this helps, Mic93!

   Just want to make sure this is correct: in my cart it’ll still come to $317.68 (298.99 + tax) but upon delivery I’ll get a $25 credit for Amazon?

  Yes! Be sure to enter the code and then when you review your order, you will find a message at the top of the site that states – “Congratulations. Your purchase qualifies you for a $25 promotional credit which will be delivered to your account within 7 days after the console is shipped.”
