What do u use instead then ??
Nothing. I “wash” with water as needed. There is more to it though. I use a scalp brush when I “wash” my hair and I massage/scrub my scalp in the shower. I use a boar bristled brush to help spread all my natural oils throughout the length of my hair as needed which is about every other day. I mainly use my fingers to fix my hair. I will melt a little bit(about the size of an orange seed) of coconut oil in my hands and run my fingers through my hair then style it. I very rarely use hairspray or hair products on my hair. Ever since I stopped using shampoo years ago I have noticed that my hair grows faster and somewhat thicker. I will admit that in the first 6 months when I stopped using shampoo my hair was a complete mess. It was so greasy and oily. I started off wearing ponytails and then buns to try to hide my messy hair. Now I’m glad I made the change and won’t ever go back to using shampoo.
