From what i hear in my many make up and skincare groups on FB, this is one to stay away from. When you get the first low priced box you are locked in for a year. There is no way to cancel and Customer service is a nitemare. Ive been tempted to try it a few times when they have offered $5 or $10 first month boxes but wont do it due to the fact i dont want to be committed for a full year. Idk if this offer is different from all the others ive seen but PLEASE do your research before getting sucked in by the first box. Everyone on FB and Reddit says to stay far far away…sorry H2S 😕

To cancel a current subscription –
Simply log in to your GLOSSYBOX account
Go to “My Account”
Under the ‘Subscriptions’ section, select your applicable subscription plan (ie, “GLOSSYBOX Beauty Box Subscription – 3 month”)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the ‘Cancel’ button
That’s it!”

Unfortunately this policy is a joke that does not exist. The agent for the overseas live chat told me that I did not cancel and that they did not receive any emails. I save everything including the screenshots from the chats with the live agent who cursed me out and stated that I did not cancel multiple times. Only when I posted the screenshots from the chat being called horrible names (“Liar bit*ch. Good luck getting refund.”) by their customer service agent along with every single snapshot and date stamp from the emails, did the supposed company respond and return my stolen money.
I have been a fan of this website for many years but I have to be extremely honest that this box is a complete scam and I have proof to back it up. I am members of four other subscription services including the Allure, FabFit and others. THIS one charged my credit card numerous times poor products not sent, did not have a working phone number nor easy access for a cancellation. I did get through to a person overseas on a live chat that actually used curse words to tell me that I would not receive a refund because of falsified dates. Thank goodness I had every single email and correspondence in writing which I posted on their Facebook page for the entire world to see. Within hours, I miraculously had refunds for all of the fraudulent charges and a follow up apology on my comment. It was the worst experience of my shopping life and that is saying a lot. This is not simply a bad company, but I have no concerns about publicly stating it is fraudulent.
