You have to call the corporate office, but I changed my address by calling them back in November 2019 and still don’t receive coupons at my new address.

I really hope I get one for once. Since this pandemic I’ve spent probably close if not over $500, putting up with their ridiculous $6 shipping fee…(honestly at this point they should be offering free shipping at a certain $$ amount).
Illinois still is not getting any coupons

I got one today but it wasn’t in my name. It was for the previous person at my address that hasn’t lived here for 10 years. Go figure

I gotta say, I’ve been underwhelmed with Bath and Body Works lately. But I’ve tried Goose Creek Candle and love them. really strong throws and good scents. Prices are decent too!

Recently found out that while B&BW claims to not test on animals, they use ingredients from companies that DO. So disappointed. Now I’m in the market for cruelty FREE soaps and fragrances. Anyone have any favorites?
Raw sugar body wash and hand soap. They have a lemon, a mango and a watermelon and mint. They are very luxurious and I have eczema and it doesn’t irritate my skin either. A little pricy but good smalls, better ingredients and not tested on animals.

They took almost 2 years!! !! The customer service told me don’t update my address more than one or make a claim every season when I realize I don’t have a coupon bc the system going to start over every time I do that. It’s frustrating . However I received my coupons 2 days ago.
