I have a 6 qt. Dutch oven but couldn’t pass this one up for baking my “Dutch oven bread”. It’s perfect! Made the loaf look “professional “ and as yummy as ever. This size can hold 2-3 chicken breasts (or 1 lb. of beef) /veggies but probably too small for a regular size hen if anything else is added.
The perfect size for two. I made peach cobbler in less than an hour and it was perfect. I also made a small roast and it was so tender and delicious. Will definitely enjoy trying new recipes in this Dutch oven.

I got this as a wedding gift 8 years ago and still it’s still going strong and one of my all time favorite things- go to pans. I love it! Highly recommend! Soups, stews, braising, boiling water for pasta – Mac and cheese, casseroles —- I’ve done it all!
