Hi Nancy! It is an app-only coupon, so once you open up the CVS app, click on the “Shop & Save” tab, then search “Maybelline” and the coupon should pop up. For me, it was the 2nd coupon to populate! Hoping this helps! 💕

ugh one of my items was cancelled, so the entire transaction would not work. I find this often that online inventory does not match what’s in store.
