I love this, I bought it last year and even recommended it to my friend and she bought one. We live in the south and drink a lot of ice tea. It is great for putting 2-3 family-size tea bags in and just walking away. It boils and then turns itself off, so I never scorch my tea. I love it to make just a cup or two as well. It has settings for your herbal teas and black tea. If you use hot water for anything, this is as close to instant hot water as I have ever seen.
The two negative things are #1 the warmer does not stay on for long. It cuts itself off and I wish it would stay on for longer. #2 This cannot be submerged in water. So the outside does not look as clean as I would wish.
On my pot, there is a dark stain between the glass bottom and the metal bottom of the pot that I cannot get to clean. It is stained dark and no longer looks light and bright like the picture. It doesn’t bother me, but just thought I would share. I would buy it again and I do recommend it highly! – EH
