This is a great pot. I love the off-white color and the sleek design. It is very heavy, and it arrived without defects. I made beef stew in the oven. It turned out great. The 6 quart was the perfect size for my needs. It was a decent-sized batch, and it still had room to spare. When I first saw it after cooking, I thought for sure it would be permanently stained and end up looking like my cookie sheets. Not the case. It easily wiped off with a soapy sponge. I would recommend.

Amazon Basics Cast Iron Dutch Oven White Enamel 6-Quart. I used it for baking so far, and it works great, not sticky at all. It is a solid piece of cast iron as far as I can tell. If kept seasoned well and used properly, it will work. It’s worth it to mention that it was pre-seasoned by factory too.

Traded in my old stained Le Creuset Dutch oven for this. At 1/8th of the price, this Dutch oven cooks just as well as my old one. Easy to keep clean. I like it so much, I purchased a different size as well!
