I bought these scissors to replace the ones from the Chicago Cutlery Set. They are exactly the same that I could tell. They come apart easily for cleaning. Note they are not recommended to stay in the water longer, so avoid leaving them in the sink or dishwasher. I think that’s how I ruined my first pair. Handwash and dry as soon as you can. I’m very happy with the replacement.
