I love this gate. It’s perfect for keeping our golden retriever puppy out of the room where we keep the cat’s food and water! Even with him standing on his 2 back legs he isn’t able to jump over the gate. The little door is perfect for any cat.
This is exactly what we needed. We keep the back half of our house separated so our kitties can have some peace of need. We kept having to open the other gate, so or leave it cracked because a particularly older kitty liked to come into the living room as well. This made it so hard to keep the pups from going to the back to eat the food (or litter leavings). This gate solved all our problems.

I used this type of gate to keep my pup out of carpeted rooms while leaving the doors open so she could see that the rooms were empty.
