Do you love bacon? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn’t have clicked on this bacon fat collector! Why collect fat into mason jars, straining through coffee filters? That’s unsightly, messy, and frankly a bit weird. (Not that we did that. For years.)
Use this collecting can with built-in strainer! It looks nicer than mason jars, has a wide opening for pouring the liquid joy from the skillet, and a fine mesh screen to trap all the little meaty bits that spoil your fat. It holds a lot. Like, two mason jars worth. (Not that I would know.)
The included spatula is not necessary, but is useful as a little added bonus. 5/5 would grease again!
