I cannot get over how well banana and espresso go together. This is not overly sweet and just so simple with the creamy sweet banana. If you need it sweeter, go ahead and add your favorite sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup. If you have any vanilla syrup for coffee drinks, I bet that would taste great, too.
