I just purchased my papers and I never received the $2/1 Wisk coupon even though the CVS paper states coupons in the Sunday paper. I wonder what happened? Anyone else have this same problem? I did get all 5 inserts.
My paper did not have Wisk paper either.
I didn’t get the Wisk either. Really bummed! Wish I would have checked before I bought 5 newspapers, very disappointed in the coupons this week. I thought they’d be much better.
Yep same here. No Wisk in the Detroit Free Press.
I purchased the Chicago trib it had the Wisk coupon but no insert for both of the RP! The two I received at home had them but not when I went to the store to purchase more papers.
I work for a newspaper and what sometimes happens is after home delivery papers are inserted the single copy (stores) are inserted and if there are not enough they don’t get them which really really sucks.
yes 5 inserts,(in Illinois) I do have $2 WISK coupon…. and there is also a $1 off coupon for NAKED juice thrown in between inserts and circulars , like a single page insert.
And there was one coupon inside PARADE magazine for $2 any ZICAM product.
I always get my papers on Saturday so sometimes it helps with the deals from curent week.

What paper did you buy in Michigan? I purchas the Detroit Free Press.
I’m not sure why my paper is so much different but I only recieved an Everday Saver and 3 SmartSource inserts and there really aren’t any coupons. The one SS has Lysol and Airwick coupons and thats it, another has Healthy Choice, Boca, and Tena, 3rd has Campbells, Boost, Tena, Lysol,Finish, Airwick.. Im a little upset! Didn’t get the P&G last week either! Does anyone know if there’s a way I can find what papers and WHERE I can find all the good inserts! What a way to ruin my Sunday!!!!!
I get 2 Sunday papers but in NYC we do not get all the coupons. And no smartsource for me. Hopefully they wil be available on-line at some point.

I just started getting the Chicago Tribune Sunday paper and all I could find was the P&G. I was wondering if I was missing something.
I’d give them a call because I received all of the inserts that were delivered to my home.
I didn’t get most of these coupons either. I know it’s regional and not all papers are the same but still a bummer.
I got 2 smart source, P&G saver, and the red plum, which came in my midweek insert. The 2.00 wisk was with my midweek inserts.
I did not get the GM insert. I did get 2 RP midweek and 2 SS in the Sunday paper. The coupons were not as great as I was hoping for.
I could not find the Atkins or Boost coupons that the sales ads speak of also. I have 2 Tribs delivered and bought some at Menards and niether one has them.
In Austin, I bought 2 papers at CVS. I received 2 Red Plum inserts, but no Smart Source inserts. Bummer.
I got 4 inserts, but they were so thin and barely had anything. Not impressed, sorry.
Here in N.C I only got 2 Red Plum inserts. My paper is delivered so i am wondering if my mail carrier took the others. Going to buy a paper from L’ton now to see. I am going NUTS….there was no coupon inserts in all 4 copies of my papers this morning!!! The Red Plum comes later in the week in an insert with the mail, but I got no SmartSource today!!!! Called the local newspaper and got no real reason, was told that only home subscriptions get the inserts! Well my father-in-law got nothing this morning. I also had to inform the CSR that if that were true then someone has done a crappy job because for the last 7-8 months I’ve gone out every Sunday and BUY extra newspapers w/ coupon inserts from the stores or boxes!!!! They informed me that I will have 5 copies of all inserts delivered tomorrow…..GRRRRR…thanks for letting me vent! Happy 1st 2011 Coupon Sunday!!!! 🙂 Maybe another cup of coffee will put me in a better mood…
Just bought 5 papers in Michigan and No Wisk coupons
No red plums in Gainesville sun, FL . I did have2 SS and 1 GM. I even checked all the papers in the gas station.
In Smart Source, it has a coupon of 50 cents off Maruchan Yakisoba (microwavable instant Asian noodles). It’s 54 cents at Walmart so will cost you only 4 cents after coupon!! You can find the product at soup aisle.
If you have a Kroger by you, these go on sale for $1. And if your store doubles it will be free!
My Walmart sells them for $0.52, so only $0.02 after coupon. 🙂 I didn’t know it was in today’s insert, so when I found it this afternoon, I was sooo excited! Then I was going to order bunch more at the clipping site, but All of them were gone right after I hit order button. 🙁 I guess alot of people looking for this coupons…
Darn thing, sorry you missed the deal… I know the product is really big hit because always in short on the shelf at my local Walmart. BTW, have you tried Korean spicy cup noodles (forgot company name) they have? I like Kimchi one and only 75 cents or so. 🙂
Oh, so sorry to respond you late. That’s alright, I got some on e-bay. 🙂 It’s not healthy meal, but I like it alot! It tastes different than real Japanese made instant yakisoba, but I shouldn’t complain!lol Especially, here in MW. At my Walmart, seems nobody care about Maruchan yakisoba.lol I may be the only person buy them alot. Korean spicy cup noodles? Maybe Nongshin or something? No, I know that noodles but I can’t eat spicy stuff like kimchi. I wish I could because it is very healthy food! Thanks for the info though! 🙂

In the Twin Cities metro area we have two papers, the Star Tribune (ST) which costs $2 and the Pioneer Press (PP) which costs $1. I live an hour east in Eau Claire, WI where we have the Leader Telegram (LT) which costs $1.75. The LT has a very tiny SS in it which has hardly any coupons and never a RP. The ST has everything in it that is listed on these posts, every time. The PP has most everything listed, but usually a couple coupons less than the ST. This is the one I buy to get the most bang for my buck. If you’re not receiving certain inserts or coupons, try a more metro newspaper from a larger city because they might be in there.

UPDATE! I bought another local paper, still ONLY 2 Red Plum. So I bought the Fayetteville paper, got 2 Red Plum, 2 Smart Source, but no P&G. “Oh Well” better than nothing. Once again Collin, I saved SO much last year and got alot FREE, not to mention ALL the FREEBIES. THANKS again so much. Hope you and all your readers have a very good New Year..

Yep, me too. Only 2 RPs in all of my Houston papers. I usually buy one and get two more givent to me (from a neighbor and my dad). Too bad we didn’t get any SS!
Last week I didn’t get the P&G insert but my mom did and we get the same paper, however because I live in a smaller community about 10 miles out, they did not include my zip in the distribution and they said it was because the corporations that put out these inserts choose which zip to have them sent too. I am not quite swallowing that because I put my zip in on the P&G site and it stated that my zip is included. Anyway, they sent me a paper with the insert a couple of days later so I was happy so it never hurts to call and request them.

Hi – I’m in Louisville and I bought the Courier Journal from a vendor off the street. I don’t know if you’ll get this too late, but you might try getting the CJ if you didn’t already. – It had all 5 inserts in it.
I got $15 off NicoDerm or Nicorett product coupon. Also I got $1 off Bestlife spread. It would be like 70 cents or so after the coupon at Walmart.
If anyone DOES NOT want their Atkins coupons or v8 coupons, I’d love to have them.

5 in Tampa. I get the St. Pete Times delivered and it had all 5, when I went to the store, it only had 2, but the Tampa Trib had all 5. We also go the Wisk coupon :).
I live in Northwest North Carolina and bought 2 papers from Johnson City, TN. They only had 2 (very small) inserts. I was really disappointed. I hope this doesn’t happen here all the time. 🙁
