I ordered something similar to these about a month ago and just got them last night. VERY cute!! Many people had comments that this company is in Hong Kong so they didn’t get their gifts on time. It’s a risk, I suppose, but it’s not a lot of money to be at risk. Make sure the photo you choose is high quality, and also remember you are printing on material so it’s not going to be as crisp as photo paper.
I got my order too! OMGosh! I love them! They make great gifts for birthdays, and Christmas! I was leary at first ordering from a foreign country, but will definitely order from them again!
I ordered 9 of these last Oct/Nov for Christmas (they were the cosmetic bags) and though they took a long time (6 or so weeks) they are great!

They were delayed because of the weather from Hong Kong, but arrived in a hard plastic case and very good quality. I was so pleased. Ordered the two purses just now. If you are wanting to get these for Valentines Day I would suggest to go ahead and order. I ordered some christmas presents at the beginning of December and did not receive them in time. They are made and shipped in Hong Kong so it takes a while. However it was worth the wait the photo umbrellas I designed were adorable and my family loved them.
I ordered for the 1st time from Colin’s post on 12/24 and got them just less then 3 wks. later on 1/11. No complaints!

Yes – they have lots of options and you can add / change text too.

I’ve had terrible problems with this company and would not recommend them. I placed an order and it took 1 week shy of 2 months for it to come in. Customer service was rude and would take forver to respond back.
I just wanted to comment that I had problems with my order and the customer support at artscow. They were not friendly or helpful at all. As a proud American I was disapointed to see that my money was sent straight to HONG KONG for my order to artscow. I think we should all try a little harder to go out of our way to buy MADE IN THE USA. Our country depends on it.

could someone explain what the pixel size is? I use pic right out of the camera didnt realize you could add or subtract pixels. I am assuming just cropping doesnt change anything, right?

Wow! That was a difficult website to figure out and use. Even for my husband who figures these types of things out easily! So grateful though! We put family pictures on them for both grandmothers. 🙂
I just ordered a coin purse for my sister with pictures from her wedding! When I signed up for my account, it shows that I have TONS of credits for free things. I just have to pay shipping. If those are all true, I can see me stocking up on Birthday presents from this site all year long!
I forgot, that in sighing up for ArtsCow, they give you all of these different product credits (including 2 free mini coinpurses)! So, now I have two for my kids from my existing credits and I’m going to get on and do two more -yay!!!
Isn’t the shipping BEYOND Crazy expensive though? I was going through the list of “free items” and the shipping was CRAZY. There is no way to get around that is it? I would want to order some things, but that shipping is keeping me away.
I tried to order several of these about 4-6 weeks before Christmas. Spent a lot of time picking out pictures and everything and then when I went to check out it would never complete my checkout process and I would keep getting emails saying I needed to complete the checkout process if I wanted these. After trying again and getting more emails to “complete my order” and emailed them and they gave me instructions on checking out, which was the same process I had been doing, so then I just gave up since their customer service number was for 2am in the morning I could never remember to get them called.
I have several of these coin purses and really like them. They have to be one of my favorite ArtsCow products. 🙂
Thanks – I ordered mine and can’t wait. Just one thing – I noticed my order quantity was “2” all the way up until the confirmation/receipt page which then showed the “Qty” field as 1. I’ve sent an email to cust. svc. just to make sure two will actually be shipped…..

I placed an order from ArtsCow the first week of Dec and have not received my order yet. Finally got through to customer service at the end of Dec and they told me my order shipped on Dec 13th. I still have not gotten my order. Just wanted to let everyone know that it is very possible you will get your order eventually, but I would not expect to get them any sooner than 4-6 weeks. If you go on their facebook page and look at the discussions, you will see many complaints about the time it takes to receive orders and some quality issues. I am not saying don’t order, just saying be aware.

I can’t order any because my computer doesn’t support the Microsoft Silverlight program that needs to be downloaded in order to create a coin purse! Anybody know of any other websites that other similar products and have similar deals?
I ordered four and designed my own. One with an icon of a safety pin which I will store all of our stray safety pins in and one with a silhouette of a girl wearing a ponytail where I will store teh elastics for my girls’ hair. Then made a photo purse for each of my two toddler girls to keep theri allowance in. I can’t wait!
My only complaint is that it takes a little longer to ship. I however am wlling to deal with that for the price, I got 2! 1 for each of my neices! For next Christmas!
I ordered the cosmetic bags in December after you posted and they offered me a TON of other free stuff- course I had to pay shipping on the added stuff but for $30 I got 2 lg canvas tote bags, 2 ex lg cosmetic bags, and 2 ornaments. I got them all last week and I LOVE them, one grandma is getting the bags for her birthday this week and the other for valentines. I will definitely be ordering from ArtsCow again!

I just ordered six of the mini purses to use for birthdays throughout the year and a watch that was in the many free things in my account and I only paid $16.49 including shipping!!! The watch has a picture of my boys on it, it is going to make a great fathers day gift for my husband!

I ordered and got a notice that it shipped via airmail 01/25/2011. It’s 02/12/2010 and still not here. Had an estimated arrival date of 02/07/2011. Should I be worried?
