I bought this leash for my dogs awhile ago and was highly disappointed. The flashlight didn’t work on either, and also, the lock button works opposite than all other retractable leashes. You have to hold the button to let the dog walk farther. When you don’t hold it down, it is locked. Very frustrating and difficult to get used to.
The 2 jingle codes didn’t work this am. i actually had some clothes in my “shopping bag” from last night but got too tired to finish the order… Today when I went back to add the flashlights the codes didn’t work and the sales items were doubled. So I guess you snooze you lose.

My 3 year old received the dog bank for Christmas and loves it! Only problem is that sometimes the coins get stuck in the slot on top…
Just a note, we bought two of the leashes yesterday at the store and will be returning them tomorrow. They are very cheap quality and the leash is getting stuck right away. And as someone else said, the lock works backwards from every other kid of retractable leash, and thats getting stuck on both of them as well. I can’t get them to work right out of the package, have no hope for them lasting any time frame at all.

I would agree with the previous comments about the poor quality of the leash. My brother received one of these for Christmas and it works very poorly. Very difficult to pull an animal in quickly. It repeatedly gets stuck. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing it.
