I have several Peterboro baskets that are in great shape after years of use. I have a big one for newspapers/magazines, our daily napkin holder, two others for magazines and books and some serving baskets. I agree. I ordered on the 10th if October and it said to allow 10-15 business days. I had to call twice last week to find out they would still not be shipped out until later this week. I hope they are great baskets!!
LOVE the new bag holder basket. If there is ever a redesign a flat back would be perfect. I would like it to take up a tad less space and the flat back would stabilize it.

I, too, placed an order on 10/9 and was told last week that it would ship this week. As of today, it still has not shipped…
Not to jump on the bandwagon here but I do love this company – I grew up in the town next to it. BUT I placed an order on 10/13 and called yesterday to check. I was told it would ship next week- making it a month wait for my order. No big deal for me since it’s a Christmas gift but if you’re ordering for the holidays I would order now.
I too LOVE these baskets.but because they are not a huge company, shipping does take a bit. If you need them ASAP, they are well worth the wait. Plus if you sign up for their emails you can score some awesome deals.
I’m still waiting for my order placed on Nov 5. It’s a gift for Christmas, really hoping it shows up today or tomorrow! Is anyone else still waiting on their order?
