This Dutch oven is gorgeous! While I’ve used it just a few times, it acts like an enameled cast iron and food slides out easily, is simple to clean and so far, it has no evidence of staining. It’s my new favorite kitchen cookware.
I was waiting til I used it a few times. I have now and it is wonderful! It cooks evenly. It is also beautiful. I love the basket weave on the outside. The black interior is awesome.
These are beautifully heavy enameled cast iron pans. This one is particularly designed well and I have enjoyed using it and placing it out for banquets. The heating is even and stays hot for a very long time.
