Is there a way to look at previous receipts you’ve uploaded to make sure they are there? I uploaded one from Target last week for the Rotel and still haven’t gotten the money back…

Good luck with this company. I never heard from them and so weeks later I emailed them and they said my receipt was too blurry They never informed me of this until I made an inquirers 3 weeks later because they give you the old “it can take from 2-21 days”. Of course I can’t find the receipt now 3 weeks later. Had they email me informing me a day later of the problem i would have resent the receipt. I never has blurry receipts with ibotta or checkout 51 or shopminimum

Saving star customer service is really awesome and helpful. Theyre very prompt with their replies and resolution. I purchased an item from a participating store. However, the store got rid of their loyalty card system. I emailed SS, uploaded my receipt and immediately got the rebate.
