(Thanks, Midget Momma!)
I love schoola! And free clothes! And they have been sending orders in cute little drawstring bags 🙂
Awesome! 🙂
How does the $10 credit work? Is it possible to create the collection now and save the credit in our account for later? (like wait until they have another free shipping promotion?) Or is it a code or something else with an expiration date?
They refused to honor my credit for the collection. So I don’t recommend it unless you see the promo IS applied at checkout. Don’t be fooled like I was, with it saying it will be and then it’s not. They lost my business over this. I will buy my kids clothes from companies that don’t lie.
And let the shameless begging for referrals commence…
Haha! So true! 😉
Ha! That’s why I clicked on the comments. I wanted to see them start:)
Me too…that is exact same reason I clicked on the comments.
I prefer them to the ‘potential freebie’ (or a regular VS post) with people asking for coupons….if you see a site that sends out emails with potential coupons/freebies, why not just sign up for them so the next time you’ll get the offer? jeesh
I think talking about it scared them away, lol! Good, I honestly find it annoying too. Referrals, coupon codes, etc like this aren’t life or death so desperately need them.
And let the shaming and hating begin…
Z: It’s called having a personal opinion.
Be careful with schoola. Used to love them. Ordered from them a lot for over a year and spent a lot of money. Then they abruptly stopped honoring the promos they send in emails. Promising $10 credit..which they refused after I failed to receive it at checkout as promised. Their customer service used to be top notch. But I think they are getting too big for their britches now. Long story short, make sure your credit is applied at checkout..or DONT checkout..unless you are fine with the false advertising/bait and switch.
Sadly, I have to agree. While I never used Schoola before these promos began, I’ve found their service so-so. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the free clothes, but of the orders I’ve made, so many of them were wrongly sized. For example, I ordered a women’s shirt that turned out to be a kid’s shirt. I ordered a women’s pair of pants, they ended up being maternity pants. Furthermore, after I got a shipping notice I got an email saying that one (or more) of the items I purchased wasn’t available. I’m sure it’s a website problem but I’ve had this happen ~3 times or so on the limited number of orders I’ve made. They’ve always offered me a code to make up for the items but then I had to call again to get shipping refunded (I made the original purchases during free shipping promos). Like I said, I appreciate the clothes but it’s turned out to be more work than I expected.
Thanks Collin! I don’t know if I can save the code, but I exited out so I’ll try it tomorrow. 🙂
Created my custom collection but no credit at checkout:(
Schoola sucks. You have to be super careful about your purchases. I ordered what was listed as a men’s large and got a women’s large, a boys medium vest and got a toddler vest, and a men’s medium (for teenage boy) and got a women’s large petite. Not worth it even with promos. They do not regulate their size listings at all.
just my 2 cents…it is true that occasionally items are in the wrong section for gender or sizing…it would be very annoying if the credits weren’t so great.
i have been happy so far with the service and ordered about 4 times. all clothing was great quality, some of it new with tags. last items came shipped with nice free drawstring bag. items are always nicely packaged. i only had to deal with their customer service once, it was when i was having trouble applying a credit from an email offer they sent me, and they resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. i would recommend!
please use my referral code…..just kidding!! use Collin’s links above 🙂
LOL, hilarious!
I disagree. I have received several orders and all items have been in the correct condition. I have gotten lots of beautiful items. There was 1 item that was incorrectly listed by size, but they provided a credit so I felt that the issue was resolved properly. I have placed at least 10 orders over the past 3 months. I like them and they are supporting schools. Come on people! They are doing good, Giving back – I am ok with an occasional mess up. Kohls is constantly screwing up and cancelling orders and no one is trashing them.
I agree that they’re doing good things and I always appreciate free clothes. However, I’ve make far fewer orders with Schoola than Kohls. Kohls has messed up one of many orders once. Schoola had had issues ~6 times.
Overall, I’m still happy for the cheap clothes and I’m glad to see you’re happy with your purchases.
Actually, I use to trash Kohls all the time. I’ve now given up on them. 🙂
Kohls is terrible! Mistakes on orders and lies from customer service! I will Never will set foot in another kohls!
Okay, here is my honest opinion. I’ve ordered about 7 times with Schoola. They’ve messed up a few of my orders by leaving out items but customer service has always been very helpful by either refunding my money for the item or offering credit. Sometimes they do both! I’m very pleased with the clothes that I’ve gotten for my toddler and for myself (high schoola girls sizes fit women too!). Be sure to read the item details where it talks about the description and you’ll be well informed about the condition of the items you buy. All in all, I love buying used clothing for the savings and because it is environmentally responsible. The added bonus I get with Schoola is that it also helps schools too. I’m getting ready to send in a bag of used clothing from my family because I’m so pleased with my purchases and because I want to help out my local schools. 🙂
ditto. they messed up my order twice. Both times the incorrect item was worth around $3-$4. After contacting them both times, they added a $15 credit to correct the problem. I’ll take it!
gross – there clothing is old, faded and very well worn.
Agreed. I was absolutely disgusted with the clothing I was sent.
Absolutely. I was appalled at the clothing I was sent.
I would love someone to use my link. My family is having a hard time right now and every little bit helps.
Blessings!

they sent me 4 items and all of them are SUPER DIRTY!! i know it used clothes but it’s way too old and been beated up, stain all over the clothes.
I have ordered a few times from here and i did receive a girls size 12 shorts when I ordered a boys size 7 once and one other time I received a shirt that said it didn’t have flaws but had a huge hole in the armpit. Other than that the clothes are in good condition that I’ve received. I’ve had some issues with credits as well but the customer service I find is great. All my issues have been fixed with no issues at all and they were all polite.
I have to agree with most of the comments. I ordered twice and about half of the items were actually usable. The sizing is marginal at best. I won’t personally order again, as I would like to SEE the clothes. I will inspect for holes, sizing and wear and tear. Therefore, I will stick to the thrift shops! Good luck to others!
I absolutely love Schoola. I have done 6 orders and only one time did I get something worst than described. I think if you need play clothes and aren’t too picky you’ll do fine. Since it is used I don’t expect it to be perfect but in decent shape. I realize that there is a risk involved but I am willing to take that risk.
I have seen some error on the site as well. I once saw a t-shirt listed for $299 and some girl clothes (definitely girl) listed in the preschool boy section.
When I signed up with Collin’s link, I received a 25% off your order code via email, which combined with the other two promotions and ended up getting me to the free shipping minimum. So I was able to get 2 Michael Kors tops and a Tart top for $13.84 shipped! I hope the quality is good. Thanks, Collin! Happy shopping!
I got my first shipment today and love the fleece jackets I picked out for an upcoming trip! They were free, thanks to your referral code!!!
