Is anyone else having issues logging on the app? I can log in fine on the website but the app keeps telling me it’s wrong.
Also they updated the site. Hating it. Hard to find things now.
I can’t log into the app or the website! It says invalid user. I’ve been a member for three years and I hope that means I didn’t lose all my points!
so I’m not the only one having problems ?!? The update is a disaster. I hope they fixed it. I have a ton of codes to enter and I can’t log in
I can use the app just fine. I haven’t been on the website recently. But it worked fine last week. Good luck!

I can’t log in on the app or the website… Been a member for years and have never had an issue..

Had the same issue, took me a while to figure it out. Once you log in (even though it says you are not), you should be at the profile page. You would need to update and save changes, then hit submit a code – a pop up will show for you to enter. Hope you figure it out 🙂

Ditto. Says it doesn’t recognize my number or something. Will have yo call soon cuz I’d hate to loose 3+ years of points!!!
I’m not a new member and still can’t log in.. When do these points in the post expire?
I submitted this code to Collin and I apologize but it didn’t just an expiration date.. 🙁 hopefully you can get logged in before it expires..
Thank you! I had to reset my password in order to properly log in and submit the code. Until I realized that was what the prompt was asking for, I kept thinking it was booting me out. Once I reset my password, I had no problem adding this code (and it was very easy for me to see where (with the “submit a code” tab).
When I try to reset my password it says that it doesn’t recognize my user name.
I’m so glad you left this comment! Thank you… i was getting frustrated, because i thought it was trying to get me to set up an account, but i guess with the site update, they’re just making members confirm their info? i don’t know. but once i completed that form, my account was back to normal.

i’m a new member and did not get 100 points for signing up 🙁
i opened an account about 2 weeks ago. also, when i went to enter codes, i noticed my codes have an expiration date on them, so i don’t even know if they will take them?
Even codes that “expired” in 2014 should still work. If they don’t just contact Pamper’s. They continued the program (as they do every year) so technically the points so not expire. I promise.

So, I’ve had an account with Pampers Gifts to Grow since 2007, and now it’s telling me there is not such one with my email address. I had a lot of points. Don’t know what to do.

I couldn’t log in on my phone with the app or on the website. I logged into their website on my laptop and had to verify my profile. I entered my codes there but I noticed that if I hit Enter on the keyboard it didn’t take the code. I had to click on submit with my mouse. I used Mozilla Firefox. Not sure if that makes a difference on their new site or not.
When I tried to login on the desktop computer is says my account is blocked
I really hope I haven’t lost all my points due to the website updating. I have tried several times numerous different ways to connect and cannot. GRR

I am having problems as well. I login and it takes me to the edit profile page. Once I do that and hit the submit code tab it takes me back to the login screen. Once I login it takes me back to the edit profile screen. It’s just a continuous cycle of frustration. Anyone have any ideas on how to get in to submit codes??

It’s july 22nd and I still can not access my account. An error message pops up every time I try to sign in.
Update: 7/24 I still cannot access the site but downloaded the app on my iPhone which worked. It’s a pain to type on the phone per as the keyboard but this site maintenance is piling up my rewards!
