  I often see 3packs at dollar tree so $.33 each but compared to a box of cereal I don’t think it’s a great deal. If you are looking for the convenience it’s not a horrible price.

  It’s actually cheaper than that with subscribe and save. I have 5 subscriptions and its showing $30.54. Boxes are cheaper per serving, but it’s a good price when you add the convenience factor

   Thanks! I love my Kindle Fire but it is generation 1 and still works just fine but I have been considering an upgrade. This price is unbelievable and I just bought it. I also added the 3 year accidental damage protection plan for $21. I’m really excited!

   If you’re thinking about getting your kids (or yourself) a basic tablet, this is a great one. It isn’t overpowering and it has all the apps that they’ll want or need.

  Thanks I have been pondering the idea. My kids have netbooks that are terribly slow and we never quite figured out the app stuff on them. My 6 almost 7 yr old cam home with a Raz kids account for school, I checked and there is an app for free. Is this kindle an android device.. lol!!? I am still up in the air about getting my kids one. They like to watch you tube videos and stuff not sure if the web surfing is good on these. My husband loves his fire phone and he said go for the tablets I am still trying to decide.

  I use it for the web all the time on our wi-fi and it works great – and mine was first generation. I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed. If you know someone with a fire, ask to borrow it for an hour. You’ll enjoy it. It isn’t android but I honestly have never had any problems with it and I use it at work when I need to access the internet in remote meetings (I have a desktop at work.) I can watch youtube on it, my nephew actually really likes to watch Mickey moves on it.
