This was quite a learning curve for me to order progressive trifocals for my hubby, but he is very pleased with the glasses we ordered! However, we won’t be shopping with them again, the wait time was three weeks.

I sound like a broken record on these GlassesUsa posts, but I will always warn others about this company. I still have not received my refund after months and they are giving me the run around. It doesn’t help that every time I call, which is every few days, the hold time is 45-1 hour. Horrible, horrible company.

Boaz, I have contacted customer service several times over the past few months, including today. I was told today that you guys can only refund to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. I was never told this during any of the numerous calls I made before today. I paid with my bank card through Amazon Payments. That card expired and is no longer in use. I was told today by a customer service supervisor that there is “absolutely nothing” you guys can do to get my money back…no mailed check, no refund to a different card, no credit to my Amazon account. I was told I was “out of luck”. I filed a complaint with the BBB and sent an email to the billing department already.
I have spent so much time and stress dealing with this that I have half a mind to just let them have the $40, but no…it’s the principle of the situation.

Customer service is terrible. It’s been almost 6 weeks since I contacted them, the day I received my glasses (wrong frames) and they have not resolved the mistake they made. After several emails and phone call later, still waiting for a resolution.
