FYI, I ordered from them on December 30 and still have not received my order. I contacted customer service and they stated they were shipping out a new one which I still haven’t received. They said they lost my order somehow. Just be careful when ordering from them.

For me, they can be a slow during really busy times but my stuff always comes. They shipped my last two orders super fast. Haven’t been that impressed with their jewelry. Love their scarves and wraps though.

It’s better to buy 18k gold earring in a jewelry store and it starts about $100 and up (depends on the weight of the earring, style, and gemstone) . It looks more elegance and you can sell it back when needs it.
