Great and gentle product if it is your first time using and you don’t want to be in the bathroom ALL the time.
I tried it about a year ago. I did not feel anything. I started slow since I was afraid of the running to the bathroom part while at work…but I kept increasing the dosage as suggested and nothing changed. Then I started feeling pain like sciatic nerve, I went online and I couldnt find any mention of that as a side effect. I just couldnt find an explanation. So I stopped using the product. The pain went away right away. I really can not say what was the reason. Just coincidence? But in general, the product didnt have any effect on me.

Your body does not need help cleansing. That’s what your liver and kidneys are for.
Haha I was gonna say that but didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.
I think I’ll let my liver and kidneys do their jobs instead of relying on something like this. That’s kind of what the liver and kidneys do: they remove the toxins from your body (which is one reason people with alcohol addiction have liver issues. The liver has worked overtime to remove the alcohol toxins from the body.)
Really don’t recommend that anyone use things like this, especially without consulting their doctor first.
However liver and kidneys can take so much toxins. They need to be cleansed once in a while. When they max out the toxin, now the toxin can flow into your bloodstream.
It’s hard to absorb nutrients when you are full of the typical 5lbs of poop. ItWorks just came out with a all natural Cleanse that is White Pant approved 😉 No running to the bathroom 👍
I know the liver and kidneys cleanse, but we do sometimes get overrun with toxins. I wish there was a good way to figure out what REALLY works (aside from reviews that say “it made me feel better” which could just be a placebo effect.”)
I can’t speak for this cleanse, but the probiotics from this brand are great! I’ll be using the coupon on that instead.
