    Is anyone else having trouble with the new Snapfish site? The only customer service feedback I get is “we are doing an update and everything should be fixed.” I don’t like to complain but right now I won’t ever shop at Snapfish. My pictures (that go back to 2002!) are a mess. There is no order to the albums and they all have the wrong dates on them. It’s so frustrating! I used to love Snapfish. I just can’t believe it’s taking them weeks to do this update. I’ve pretty much given up. I was just wondering if others are experiencing problems.

      I agree. I upload all my pictures to snapfish and shutterfly but I can’t stand the new snapfish. It use to put them all under which month they were uploaded but now all my pictures say they are uploaded in March 2016 and I have 100’s of albums and can’t find anything. I wish they would have fixed all the issues with their new site before getting rid of the classical site. And I got the same thing from them, “our engineers are working on the problem and we’ll release an update soon” which was about 3 weeks ago! I’m about to just stop with snapfish and only use shutterfly.

        Thanks for the response. I seriously don’t even understand how a company this big could have such a huge snafu. I do have all of my photos on CDs and external hard drives but I used Snapfish as my back up too. The old site was so organized… My CDs and hard drives are not. Since it has been weeks, I’m almost thinking they can’t fix this. I wish I had everything on Shutterfly. Thanks again for responding!

          Definitely have backups of your photos. When Winkflash was sold they lost all of my photos.
