My sidekick, Mary, went to scope out the clearance deals in-store and found lots of seasonal items on clearance marked up to 50% off! PLUS, at checkout, you’ll save an ADDITIONAL 50% off these clearance prices! Awesome!
IN ADDITION, be sure to look for non-seasonal winter and blue, gray and pink dot apparel clearance, with priced marked as much as 70% off as the EXTRA 50% is deducting on these items too! My boyfriend and I went in there today and bought Winter items for $1 that had been $10.
Thermal underwear, hats, scarfs and gloves. We will put them away to use next year.
My store’s computer here in FL must have been all messed up. I don’t believe I was misreading the announced April 2 sale. Most clearance items would not ring up correctly. Some would not ring up at ANY price. The clerk did do something to get four items do their 50, then 50. Only one thing I selected on clearance did ring up correctly. Even the Easter items were the same price they had been all week. I put most of my stuff back when it did not ring up correctly. Very disappointed as the items I selected were for charity. I do not blame the store employers as they are always very polite, and do a great job.
Time to replace management there. Sorry to hear that.
My bf and I stopped into Dollar General for some groceries and found they were having a clearance event. We stocked up on $0.54 onesies, $1.20 sleepers, he got a couple of hoodies for $2.50 and shirts for $1.87 it was amazing!
