I ordered this ink previously when they had buy1 get 2 free ink cartridges. The good is that they are compatible with various printers. The bad, the ink even the XL version don’t last long and in my case ruined my printer head of a Canon MX922. I have learned my lesson and will not but 3rd party inks, I prefer to pay a little more and get OEM.
I have had the opposite experience. Great price for the refills, will work with my hp printer and I’m absolutely happy with this company. Sorry it was a poor experience for you.
