Ok, on the small girls 12″ bike, does anyone know if these are those cheap plastic wheels or if they’re rubber tires?

I read some of the reviews, and it’s says the tires are made of rubber.
I believe they are rubber. We have the boys version in this brand. 12 inch.
Wanted to note: the training wheels are plastic.
The training wheels are actually rubber on these bikes.
