   When does the discount and shipping come off? I have taken the check out as far as to the point where ot wants my CC info and it still says the original price, $34.95 and shipping of $4.95. I looked at the exclusions and I don’t think I have those, I’m getting cat litter. TIA

   The discount and free shipping were applied when I went to checkout, maybe your cat litter has a surcharge because it’s heavy?

   Discount isn’t working for me. The shipping came off though. I was ordering the litter genie and 2 refills for it. I don’t understand why it isn’t working.

   It didn’t work for me until I read all the exclusions and removed those items from cart (kong, greenies, etc.).

   It takes it off before you checkout if your items qualify!

   You have to make sure that you have enough qualifying items adding up to $30 before it will take the discount off. Make sure each item says “$10 off $30 eligible” on it.
