They don’t sell recalled merchandise. They were replaced awhile ago. There’s no issue with these.
The recall has been fully taken care of and the ones in stores now are awesome. The only cups I’ve ever found that actually don’t leak!!!

They’ve replaced the faulty valves with new ones, as far as I know they stopped production as soon as they recalled and it has been quite a while since then.
Yes the valves have been replaced with new ones that come apart for washing. We got our replacements from them awhile back and that’s what they’re using now.
These are my absolute favorite sippy cups!! I was so mad when they changed them (ended up getting recalled) and they changed them back! Seriously the only sippy cup we’ve used that doesn’t leak/spill!
