Has anyone else been told they changed their return policy for shoes? I tried to return a pair of nikes that got a hole after 45 days and she said their new policy is that they don’t return worn shoes for any reason. Even if they are defective the second day. I looked online and there is no such policy. I called the 1 800 number and at first he said that’s not their policy , but then after looking into it he said it is a new policy even he didn’t know about. He gave me a credit for the shoes since there was no policy when I bought them but that we should expect it to be added to their return policy soon. Bummer. I get lots of good shoe deals at kohls but I’m not a fan of this.
