I’ve heard a good tip is to buy the clearance solid chocolate bunnies and break up to make chocolate chunk cookies. Yum!
I like to melt them down for chocolate covered strawberries 🙂

Only some chocolate works for this. I tried with a lower quality bunny once and it didn’t melt. 😬

slim pickings last week at Walgreens so probably nothing good left.
There were lots of toys (little tykes cash register, star wars items, marvel, disney books and puzzles) candy and pre-filled baskets at my store. I stocked up!

I got tsum tsums 6 pack for 1.49 :). But that was the only cool item left. No candy or anything.

Mine in CA was wiped out! I just got some jelly beans for $.35 which say they should be good until Aug. 2018, so hopefully they are okay for next Easter. I got some of those DeMet’s turtle eggs for $.10 each since my mom likes the regular Turtles. I don’t know if she’ll like the Turtle Eggs, but for $.10 each I got 12. But that was about it. There were only Russell Stover eggs, Palmer candy and jelly beans left. Not any toys really or anything.

I got lots of stuffs, mainly plastic eggs (which were wiped outin my local walmart), lots of skittles, spiderman eggs, napkins without easter theme, etc all for $14 and i saved $122. I did not know that they have promo $5 points for purchase of $20. I bought cough medicine as well and then got the $5 points added to my acc. Scored!

Just got back they had 5 items left nothing good. I live in a big town most things get wiped out fast. I did score stuff at Target the other day so its all good probably didn’t need anything else anyways.
Is the $5 in points specific to you or is there a physical coupon?
Went to 2 Walgreens after I picked up my son from school and everything is wiped out except for candies. So I only got 2 dark chocolate bars. My fave!
I got bunny trinket bowls(49€), stuffed bunnies(99€), slime(10€), Easter baskets(99€), Easter eggs(29€), ghiradelli, Lindt, sugar sticks, turtle eggs, jelly beans, bath bombs (49€), & a wreath for 79€.
My husband Scored a ton in Collegeville, PA. Awesome Snickers and Twix eggs for 9 cents as well as huge 30 inch bunny for $2.
Usually by this time there’s not much left. The good stuff went at 50%off. People are waiting outside before the doors open the day after Easter to get the good stuff. But good luck to those who wait for it to go to 90% off.
The Turtle eggs are to die for! Better than the regular candies in my opinion. My store only had the cheap waxy kinds left but I did score some awesome Dove PB eggs on Sat. for 70% off, 23c each. Those were almost as good as the Turtle eggs I got at Target several weeks ago for full price (but coupons with!) I’m actually glad the good stuff was gone because I’m trying to lose weight!!!
