5000K, a wee bright for indoor use. Maybe basement or garage use.
I like the LEDs for the Bathroom – you get true color in there with it, unfortunately, I never really knew how caucasion I was until I put the bright white in there. The LEDs are a little cooler than the CFLs. LEDs are GREAT for summer months – no matter the wattage/brightness of them. I replaced the bulbs in my fridge – had two incandescent that had come with the fridge – really warm/hot when you had the door ope – each being 40 watts – SO, once the one bulb blew, I replaced them BOTH with LEDS! What a difference that made! I can see better in there, it’s cooler to the touch – which means the foods stay cooler and I would think that there would be less energy used to cool the fridge when I use the LED – COOLER bulbs!
