Hi Collin! I wanted to share with you and your readers an awesome experience I had recently with a company’s Lifetime Warranty. I purchased an insulated Stanley mug last year, but it wasn’t staying insulated for long, so I contacted Stanley. They were happy to send me a replacement free of charge.
Much to my surprise, when I received the package in the mail, not only did they send me a replacement, but also two additional mugs! I love when companies have excellent customer service and back their products with a lifetime guarantee! I just had to share my excitement! Thanks for all your hard work!! I have been following your site for over 7 years now.

Wow that makes me want to buy their products! I just emailed playtex about a diaper genie I received as a baby shower gift that was suppose to come with 1 free refill and 1 free filter both were missing so with baby just a few days away I decided instead of going through the hassle of taking it back I would email them to see if they would just send me replacements or coupons to get free replacements. They were very fast to reply and within a few days sent me what I was missing! Love when companies take care of their customers!

Love our 2 stanley thermoses. When we go camping summer time we put ice cubes and even after 3 days there is still ice left in them.
