How do Bonus Rewards work?
They are different than your normal rewards. Your bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in to or create your account at officedepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.
Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.
If shopping online, shipping is free on qualifying orders of $9.99 or more.
(Thanks, Brandy!)
Can I get this deal with my rewards from a previous purchases and get the reward?
No.
I just chatted with them and yes, you will get your points.
Thanks!
You might want to read Jenna G’s comment below. It doesn’t look like you would get points/rewards if you use points/rewards. The last sentence says,
“Purchases made with OM/OD rewards do not earn rewards.”
From the site:
Can I use my rewards certificates with coupons? Yes. We accept valid coupons when you make a purchase with your rewards certificates. Purchases made with Office Depot® OfficeMax® Rewards and Merchandise Cards/Certificates do not qualify for rewards.
Can I use a coupon and get the points?
If you create a new account, will you get the points after you order these?
are the rewards instant or is it like a mail in rebate… I need both batteries and paper!
Unfortunately, no it’s not instant. Further down in the post it explains: “bonus rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks”
thanks..
Does anyone know if rewards expire quickly? I’m thinking if buying the batteries and saving the rewards until school time, if possible. I’ve bought an item before and generated rewards about 4 weeks later, but I forgot if the rewards expire soon?
If memory serve right my rewards expired about a month after I received them.
I received rewards from my last battery purchase about 5 weeks later at the end of May and they expire the end of July
I don’t have experience with these rewards, BUT school supply deals begin the first week of July, which is only 2 weeks away, so I say, go for it!
When I am ordering online for this battery deal, there is a pop window saying they offer me 20% coupon. Will I still be offered same “rebate” if i activate this 20% coupon? I will be making money with this deal so I am asking….
