You can! It is in Publix coupon policy! If you buy two, use the free coupon, you’ll get both free!
Since you’re talking about using two manufacturer coupons, no. You’d need to buy 3 bags, but basically only pay for one. If you use it at Publix, then that would be different because one is a store promotion and one is a manufacturer coupon. But you cannot double up on manufacturer coupons like that.

My publx splits the bogo so each bag rings up $4.24/$4.25. So she would only take $4.24 off for each of my coupons.
In purine one website they have a 3 dollar off coupon for this dog food, do you think I could combine these coupons with the the 3 dollar off coupon?

I used my free bag coupon at Petco and got a free bag of cat food with a purchase. They counted the free bag of dog food as a purchase since they get paid for it. LOL
