Heads Up Couponers! BIG Changes in P&G Coupon Restrictions Starting Tomorrow
Do you normally use four P&G coupons per transaction?
If you purchase the Sunday paper for coupons, you will notice different coupon restrictions in the P&G insert. Starting tomorrow, there will be a limit of two identical coupons per transaction and household per day for P&G insert coupons.
This means that you will need to shop the next day if you are wanting to use more than two like P&G coupons. According to Coupons in the News, a P&G Spokesperson claims this change is to keep more products on the shelves.
My complaint is that if Target has a sale where you have to buy 4 to get a gift card you can’t do it anymore. A limit is fine but come on 2.

Well, yes that is the idea. But, I think it is probably referring to the shelf-clearers. Will make product more available to all.
