Hey Collin! Weirdest thing happened… OfficeMax/Office Depot just released a brand new ad then the one I saw yesterday (starting tomorrow), and this time it has 4 penny deals! You may wanna take a look 😉
Hey there! This is Erica from the Hip2Save team! WOW.. thanks for letting us know. We are working on getting this added right now!
There is now glue sticks, erasers, folders, and the notebooks now
Awesome!!
Where do I find the updated ad? Thanks
Any reviews on the Office Depot brand dry erase markers? I usually stick to Expo, but for a $1…
Don’t know about those. But the 4 pack at Walgreens for .69 are good.
I use the Office Depot brand dry erase markers in my classroom and think they are fabulous!
Thank you. I really appreciate seeing feedback from teachers about some of these supply deals.
If I picked up the 3 colored paper reams this week, is it a new deal starting tomorrow?
I would love to know the answer to this as well. Thanks!
Anyone know of a good deal on clear page protectors?
WG normally has them for $.49 during BTS. I haven’t seen it yet but kept watching. I normally stock up then. One year it was 3/$1.00 too
Yes, Walgreens has the 50 pack for $1 this week.
Will staples price match the pencils?
The penny deals for the past couple of weeks have required me to show them a barcode to scan either on my phone or printed paper. Am I correct in thinking that this is not the case? That these are like previous years where the penny deals are all in the ad and I don’t need to show a “coupon” to get them for a penny?
Does anyone know if you can buy the $6 ream of paper which has the $5.99 rebate in order to hit the $5 minimum for the 1 cent items, and still file for the rebate?
It should work fine. Two I did weeks Iago I did the $5.25 get $5 back ream and was able to purchase all of the penny deals with it.
If you buy 3 reams of paper will you get 3 $5.99 rewards or only 1 ?
That deal has a limit of 3 🙂
Bummer. I just went to office depot today and bought al this stuff that goes on sale tomorrow 😑 i wonder if i could take my receipt and get the sale price tomorrow?
Trisha, I did the same thing today, because I knew I couldn’t make it to Office Depot the minute it opened on Sunday. 🙂 I asked the cashier if I could do a price adjustment with my receipt for the items which would be on sale Sunday. She said yes, of course and that I had 30 days. I think 30 days is a bit lengthy, so I’ll be going back in by Wednesday this week. I hope it works for you. This week has terrific sales… Thank you Collin and team! 💗
I cannot say thank you enough for posting this every year! I was able to run to Office Depot today and bought several deal items for only $11.48 (retailing for $66)!!! I really appreciate all you do!
You’re very welcome Rebecca! 🙂
Can we order online n get the deal?
Can we do the penny deals more than once if we go on separate days?
Yes, the rebate items count towards the $5 minimum purchase for the penny items. Also, note that you can get three each of the *wide-ruled* composition books and three of the *college-ruled* composition books rather than just three total composition books. They also have cool multipacks of the rebate colored paper if you don’t want to buy just one color. In my store, the limit was two not three. When in doubt, buy all the cheap stuff even if you don’t need it; I’m sure there’s a teacher, student or school nearby that does!
