The the lady in the store was really nice although confused about the coupon. She let me get the free candle with a purchase with no problem, so it definitely depends on the store associate. Althoughthe code would have made it alot easier for both of us.

So…I called my local BBW to see if they still had the candles, was put on hold for a long time and then told no they were out but I could order online. Seemed really fishy so I went and viola, they had tons of eucalyptus candles!!! What a liar! At checkout she said they got an email about the coupon and it was supposed to be online only but if people have it, they are honoring it! So, I got a sanitizer for a buck and a free candle! Whoot!

Interesting. I got an email this morning for a candle with any purchase, with the fine print showing that I can purchase in the store. I just got another email, but this time, it states only for online.
I have the original email that says in store present email and now I just received the revised email with the fine print stating online use only. Since I received the first email I can use it in store and they will honor it?

I called this morning and they said it was an error and wouldn’t honor it but I went inside the store this afternoon and they rang it up no problem!! Candle and hand soap for $5.46 (tax)! Whoo hoo!
I ordered online and paid 5.99 for shipping with 2 soaps and a free candle. Not as good as the in-store deal but i just wasn’t up to the hassle!!!

Our Bath & Body honored it. The sales rep called the corporate office & they told her it was her decision to honor it or not. She was told it was a misprint on their end.
I went to my store and I got my free candle. It had to be the Eucalyptus scent and it was with any purchase. The fine print at the bottom of the email does say you can use this deal in store. Just print out your email or show the email from your phone.
No go at my store. She said once the corrected email was sent out they stopped honoring the first email in store.

My local store accepted the email this afternoon. The cashier didn’t seem too happy about it and told me it was an error and should have been online only but she honored it. I also had a free wallflower coupon with purchase and a 20% off coupon. I wasn’t sure if only one item would work to get two free items (the candle and the wallflower) so I picked up 2 $1 hand sanitizers just in case. Can’t beat $1.60 for all four items!! 😀

I had no problem getting the free candle in store tonight. I also used a free wallflower refill coupon I had. Got the candle, hand sanitizer, and wallflower refill for $1.06.

They only give you merchandise credit for online returns done in store.
They gave me cash back when I returned items to store. I was not very happy since I prefer to have it credited back on my card. I got the email announcing surprise but never got the email as to what it was so I wasn’t going to bother to go in store. I did order online but made a small purchase since I don’t want to be stuck returning large amt. of items.
I went just before closing tonight and showed the email and had printed off the fine print page saying it was in store. Got the candle and hand sanitizer for $1.10. Forward the email to my husband and he did the same.
