Susan, only the 5% is showing for me as well. Maybe Amazon is changing the discount so that you only receive a discount on subscription items if you order 5? ANd they have reduced the discount to only 5%? If so, they didn’t tell us of the change as far as I know.

HOWEVER, there are a few categories where it is 0% off 1-4 items, 5% off 5+ items. I noticed this starting last year for some pet & automotive purchases.
