We got a new furnace this week and they installed a Honeywell T6 thermostat. Two days later I am in love. I set the schedule to turn back the heat when we are at work based on the clock. I am working from home today and could adjust that before I got out of bed.
The app took forever to set-up because it kept timing out at the final step of registration, but once it finally worked, it has been great!

Does anyone have thoughts on using this with radiator heat? Does it matter?

We have had this thermostat for about two years. My husband installed it. There is a VERY useful instructional video on You Tube that he used.
We LOVE this thermostat. We’ve had it around two years. The app is awesome. We turn our heat way down every year when we go to Mexico in March. When we are on our layover, we pop the app open, turn the heat back up and the house is toasty warm when we get home.

I wanted one that was compatible with Google Home or Alexa… but now I am wondering if this is worth it since it seems like a great deal! We had something a little different about how our heater worked and not all thermostats worked with our system… I can’t remember what it was though, I will have to see if I can figure it out to know if it is compatible. Is there something different for electric heaters, or some other variant anyone is familiar with regarding heaters?
