Use Holiday Leftovers to Make an EASY Pizza
Will you likely have leftover turkey and sides from holiday meals? 🍴
Get your family excited to gobble them up AGAIN with this creative and easy to make pizza idea! It’s a crowd pleasing meal that’s easy to adapt to your family’s taste and leftovers! I’ve used a store bought crust for convenience, but you could always make your favorite type of dough, including our popular Keto Fathead Pizza Crust if you’re doing the low carb thing.
This recipe adds cheese to mashed potatoes as a delicious base for the pizza. Mix in a little cream or milk to make them spreadable, and consider seasoning with garlic powder or even some ranch seasoning for extra flavor.
Roll stuffing into one inch balls for a creative presentation and consider adding crunchy onions for a yummy topping!

My family enjoyed this spin on leftovers!
Remember this is just a suggestion. You can design your own pizza with holiday leftovers in your fridge. I think a turkey and pesto version would be yummy also! Or maybe even a ham and cheese pizza. I hope this inspires some creative holiday leftover meals!
