Oh yes, someone please remind us how to do this qualifiers again? You can earn points even if you pay with points as long as the the offer is buy X number of item and not spend $$ to get the points? Is that right? Or is the other way around? I always get confused…..
You can not pay with points if the offer says purchase certain dollars. But you can use points if it says purchase 2 items.

On my email from Walgreens for this deal, it specifically stated that Rimmel cosmetics were excluded from this offer.
