I love mine! I have 3 pets and this vacuum gets up so much dirt and dog hair.
I hate mine. Seriously, the biggest purchase regret I’ve ever made. Not worth the money at all. It is so loud that it’s annoying and I never want to run it unless we are gone. It’s constantly getting stuck under things (fridge, cupboard, corners, etc). Its totally random when cleaning and never cleans areas completely and leaves behind a lot of dirt and debris so I still have to sweep/vacuum myself. You have to make sure little toys/cords/socks etc are picked up from the floor or it will suck them up and cause an error. It doesn’t always go back to charging dock properly so it won’t always be charged when i actually want to run the stupid thing. It takes forever to try to find its way “home” even if its only a foot away. I run it about once or twice a week and that’s usually only because i feel guilty for not using it because I spent $300 on it. I’ve only had mine since october and have contemplated returning it to kohls but not sure if that would be abusing the return policy so i just keep it. Honestly, It’s just much more efficient for me to do it myself and make sure it’s actually cleaned the way i want it. I mean, i guess it cleans as well as my 3 year old when he “helps” me sweep or vacuum. It’s going to suck stuff up but no rhyme or reason to where and what it cleans up. Just my 2 cents.
I wouldn’t consider that an abuse of the return policy. Take it back!!
I love, love, love mine! We have 3 kids age 4 and under and a very furry golden retriever. I run it everyday and keeps my floors looking clean until I can vacuum with my stand up vacuum once a week. I’m buying a bigger house and contemplating getting another one.

I just bought roomba 695 at Kohl’s for $292 (including tax), and get back $50 Kohl’s cash, which model is actually better and worth the price?
Just an FYI, this is an older model and does NOT work with things like Alexa or an app on your phone. 🙂

Best thing I ever bought! SOOOOO worth the $’s. This is my second one. First one I bought at a yard sale for $10 and it lasted one year. When it broke, I just had to have another one. I purchased the 980 model and would do it all over again! Every home needs one!!!! If you don’t have one and have the extra money to purchase one ….run and get this one! Hope you enjoy as much as I do!
