I am getting a processing fee of $8.95 added to my total. Anyone else get this? Or know why?
I’m getting that too. Don’t know why?
same here, it never took it off after I paid. I am calling to cancel my order. ugh
That is probably the anti-glare coating is auto-selected for a $4.95 fee. Be sure to uncheck that box if you do not wish to add that upgrade to your order.
Please be aware of that only 1.50 durable single vision lenses are free, any other options may be charged. You can check the banner for the rules of this promotion.
The $8.95 processing fee will appear when your PD is too small for the frame or your prescription is beyond the corrective capacity of 1.50 standard single vision lenses.
In both cases, additional Lab work is required for processing your lenses. So we will have to charge extra processing fee for it.
Concerning your case, if your prescription is not quite strong, you may try with some small frames instead to avoid the fee if you wish.
Much appreciate your understanding on this matter.
