I do lol but they make me wait forever to get my photo every time. They rather help other customers. They know my face that I come into the photo center for free enlargement so they make me wait every time. They pretend to take their time to help other customers selecting photos and use the kiosk while they make me wait., I had to wait almost 1 hour one time so I walked out and came back another day
Tried a different Walgreens near my school Lipscomb University and they still gives u an attitude. Lol makes me not want to do this freebie ever

I just picked mine up and get home and realize there is a white scratch mark or something on my face in the photo! Lol I guess the machine scratched it, they were taken by a professional so I know it wasn’t the quality of my photo! Figures! Haha It was free so not complaining but I would check your photo before you leave.

Yes they will replace it with another one. I have had to re order one and it says I owe for it but when I get to the store I just bring in the damaged one and they exchange it.
Never had any of the Walgreens employees treat me any differently than a paying customer. Guess I’m one of the lucky ones. Hope you all have better experiences next time. Thanks for tip Jennifer.
My local walgreens is great. The Pharmacy staff even knows my name, and everyone is always really friendly.
Next time it happens, maybe call corporate.
